Fantastically engaging workshop. The time flew. Amanda enables everyone to feel comfortable and inspired. Amazingly detailed handouts and the selection of stories to analyse was excellent.
Feedback from Flash Fiction Workshop at The Biscuit Factory (June 2026)
The sessions were really well planned. Amanda ensured that the atmosphere was relaxed but controlled so each was able to participate fully and share their views. Each session provided opportunities for discussion and writing practice with helpful feedback and skill development. All of which helped build individual confidence and cohesion within the group.
Feedback from Get Writing Course at The Biscuit Factory (January 2026)
I have really enjoyed this course. It has helped me develop confidence in my writing and has inspired me with new ideas. Amanda has structured the course really well providing a good balance between writing, critiquing and practical suggestions around the craft of writing. She has been extremely supportive to all the group members and made writing accessible to all.
